Our available slots fill up very quickly and long in advance
Depending on the number of shooters in your group and the options chosen, the introductory session lasts between 1 and 2 hours. You are always supervised by 3 qualified instructors, even if you are only one person, but depending on the number of shooters, we add more instructors to supervise you in order to respect the time slots and the group dynamic (no downtime).
The Turtle Gun Club is first and foremost a team of dynamic and passionate professional gunsmiths and shooting instructors who share their expertise to help you discover their world. The adventure doesn't end at the shooting range.
Maintenance, repair and cleaning of weapons are essential to guarantee your safety and a consistently top-notch experience!!

Belgian law permits one initiation per year (per calendar year). If you have already participated this year, we look forward to seeing you again starting January 1st.
We also offer dynamic activities such as metal target shooting or competitions.
Do you want to practice shooting regularly? Simply register at the shooting range as a regular shooter and rent a gun from the club..
IYou should allow one to one and a half hours of shooting time per group of up to 6 people. Indeed, with up to 6 people, you will be supervised by 3 instructors, which saves significant time between each weapon.ter.

Turtle Gun Club is currently using the shooting range at Dreefvelden 1, 2860 Sint-Katelijne-Waver because our shooting range in Orp is temporarily closed due to environmental permit renewal.t.

The package of 10 weapons for the introductory shooting range
You will fire these 10 weapons (5 handguns and 5 long guns).)
Ten weapons and four additional options are available for your multi-weapon and multi-caliber shooting training in a private range reserved for you or your group. We also offer personalized gift vouchers.
This training is open to anyone aged 18 or over who wishes to learn or improve their skills..
During your introductory session, the stand is reserved exclusively for you. Introductory sessions are by prior reservation only. Current availability is available at:

You can legally shoot once per calendar year from the age of 18 upon presentation of your identity card. No other documents are required (no criminal record extract or medical certificate).
Discounted rate depending on the number of shooters for private individuals and groups
VAT-exempt non-profit organisation (under Article 44 §2 4° of the Belgian VAT Code) for "training and usage rights" for private individuals. For companies wishing for a B2B invoice,business-to-business, 21% VAT plus 4% administrative fees (i.e. 25%) must be added to this rate
For groups of 7 or more people, the base price drops to €100/person.
This price includes:
- Basic ammunition.
- The use of assets worth more than €25,000 during the initiation
- Renting a private stand for yourself or for your group of up to 40 people.
- Hearing and eye protection.
- A certificate of participation

OPTION 11 FAL NATO semi-automatic assault rifle, .308 caliber

British FAL L1A1 semi-automatic rifle, .308 Win caliber, 61 cm barrel, with a 20-round magazine. Video: https://youtu.be/SGB936qFrbk The FAL (for "Fusil Automatique Léger," or Light Automatic Rifle), is a combat rifle capable of firing in both automatic and semi-automatic modes. It is of Belgian design and manufactured by Fabrique Nationale Herstal (FN Herstal). In 1955, Canada, ahead of Belgium, acquired this new rifle for its armed forces. Subsequently, and until the adoption of the 5.56 mm NATO round, the FAL became the most widespread rifle in the armies of non-communist countries. The FAL was still in service with the Belgian Air Force in 1986, before being phased out in favor of the FN FNC (Fabrique Nationale Certificatione).

Option 12: Tikka TX3-A1 sniper rifle with 5.56 NATO caliber scope

Tikka is a major name in the shooting world, particularly in long-range shooting (TLD). Their firearms boast unparalleled accuracy. The 24" (62 cm) heavy barrel, threaded 5/8x24 with a muzzle brake, provides an exceptional shooting experience when you witness the consistent groupings achievable with this Finnish gem.
This bolt-action rifle has sniper accuracy at over 1,200 m.

Option 13: Smith & Wesson .44 Magnum revolver
One of the most powerful revolvers in the world (option + €25 / person). Immortalized by the films with Clint Eastwood, it is the weapon of Inspector Harry.
The .44 Magnum caliber is one of the most powerful revolvers, along with the .357 Magnum, offering greater energy on impact, but it also has more recoil and is generally used for specific hunting applications where maximum power is required. Originally designed for big game hunting in North America, it was created shortly after World War II by Remington. It is a powerful cartridge, developing an energy exceeding 2200 joules with a muzzle velocity of approximately 540 m/s.
The .357 Magnum: muzzle velocities of 380 to 460 meters per second and an energy of 600 to 900 joules.
Option 14 Springfield Armory Hellion
Springfield Armory Hellion 5.56 NATO Assault Rifle. Designed on a modular bullpup platform. The Hellion (Croatian) and the FAMAS (French) are both bullpup assault rifles. The FAMAS, manufactured in France, is an iconic rifle of the French Army, while the Hellion is a more recent weapon, introduced to the American market by Springfield Armory and used by the Croatian Armed Forces. Its bullpup design and improved ergonomics are designed to be adaptable to various combat situations.
Several armies use bullpup rifles (magazine behind the grip) for their compactness, ideal in urban combat. Major users include Austria (Steyr AUG), Israel (IWI Tavor), China (QBZ-95), the United Kingdom (SA80/L85), and France (FAMAS, although currently being replaced by the HK416). Here are the main users and their bullpup weapons:
